Shipping & Delivery

AUSTRALIA SHIPPING POLICIES

Checkout with standard postage by 10th December to receive your parcel before Christmas.

Due to the current situation, please note we are experiencing delays in dispatching and shipping. Please allow extra 3-5 business days for your order to be dispatched and up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. If you do have any questions or concerns around your order, please contact customerservice@everlastonline.com.au.

• Everlast Australia offers free 'standard’ shipping Australia-wide for all orders over $100. Additional shipping charges will apply for heavy and/or bulky items, see below for a list of the weight ranges and charges.

• All orders of less than $100 will be charged $9.95 Australia-wide.

• Express shipping in Australia is $15.95 excluding heavy or bulky items.

• Further shipping charges also apply for heavy and/or bulky items.

• We do not ship to PO Box or Parcel Locker addresses.

Please note, all charges quoted to you are inclusive of Australian goods and services tax. You may be required to pay further shipping charges where a change in delivery date or a change in delivery address is requested by you.

Standard Delivery:
Everlast sends parcels via the Australia Post E-Parcel service so please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday and/or Public Holiday, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

A signature is required upon delivery so please select an address where someone is available during business hours to receive your purchase.

If there is nobody home to sign for the parcel, a notification card will be left at the delivery address advising that the parcel can be collected from a nearby Post Office.

Express Delivery:
For express orders, we send our parcels via Australia Post Express Post service. Please allow 3-5 days to receive your order. All express orders placed before 10am Mon-Fri will be despatched on the same day for in stock items only.

If an express order is placed after 10am Mon-Fri it will be despatched on the following business day. Please note regional areas will take longer to receive their express order. This service is not recommended for remote locations. 

Please note:

  • Delivery timeframes are based on those provided by Australia Post.
  • Express shipping is only available on Australian domestic orders.
  • Everlast Australia will not be held liable or responsible for any delay of failure on the part of Australia Post or DHL.
  • During peak times please be aware that dispatching of orders may take an additional 24 - 48 hours. Whilst every endeavour will be made to achieve the estimated delivery times in some circumstances we may not be able to guarantee estimated delivery times.

NEW ZEALAND SHIPPING POLICIES

All orders shipped to New Zealand will be charged the rate of $15 AUD.

• Products marked as bulky/heavy items are unable to be delivered to New Zealand.

DHL courier service, expect delivery within 2 to 5 business days, provided that orders are placed by 11:00 A.M. Monday - Friday, for in-stock items only. 

Allow additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas. 

For shipping to New Zealand, Everlast Australia uses registered DHL, whereby Everlast Australia can track any purchases easily and in a timely manner. Orders placed on a weekend day, will be processed within 24 hours of the next business day.

For our New Zealand customers, all prices on www.everlastonline.com.au are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD), and will be charged in Australian Dollars. Prices exclude Australian Goods & Service Tax and do not include relevant overseas customs, duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed and this is your responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for further information.

Any delivery date or time specified by Everlast Australia is a best estimate only and Everlast Australia will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

Pricing for 'heavy and/or bulky items':

OWNERSHIP AND RISK

Ownership of and risk of damage of goods will pass to you upon delivery to you at your specified delivery address.
